Utility Rebates

Many company owners want to boost energy efficiency and contribute to clean energy initiatives, but the upfront costs associated with this process can pose as a large obstacle.

Does it make sense to make major adjustments to your current systems with so many other expenditures to attend to?

Cost Savings

While our services may include an upfront expense, they provide energy savings that compensate for the cost. We provide services such as building and controls automation, services for energy surveillance, and LED lighting retrofits. Investments in retrofits typically return within 2 to 3 years, while annual cost savings result from our additional services listed above.

But over time, in relation to these savings, you can make some instant savings through your local utility companies and electrical cooperatives. It is through their attempts to encourage power effectiveness and reduce pollution; these groups provide economic incentives on packages for energy-efficient enhancement and other measures.

Utility Rebates

Business owners should seek financial incentives and rebates when implementing efficiency upgrades to optimize their return on investment. Most Ohio state-owned gas and electric companies give discounts including AEP Ohio, Dayton Power & Light, and Duke Energy. In addition, First Energy Ohio resumed its incentive program in January 2017 to give discounts on lighting, HVAC and special programs.

These rebates translate fundamentally into a quicker payback period, making a project look more appealing financially.
